Access to the apartment is from Triq Il-Kardinal Fabrizio Sciberras. Please note that the apartment is set below street level; two flights of stairs lead you down to the unit. Once inside, the apartment sits about 1.5 floors above the seafront, allowing panoramic water views from the Main Bedroom and the Open-Plan
